Job Summary:

Perform a variety of manual tasks in cleaning, assembling, unpacking, wrapping, boxing and inspection of parts in accordance with standard procedures and techniques. The assembler will execute one and/or several tasks in any area of the assembly lines. This individual must be able to follow both written and verbal instructions and may be required to use sound judgment in resolving daily problems. The assembler will work as a team member to maintain optimum output. This person will develop assembling skills and focus efforts in ensuring the lines objectives are met for Safety, Quality, Efficiency, and Productivity.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Packaging phase, which consists of boxing, etc. Clean and maintain tools, equipment and work area. Review work assignments to ensure all materials are available and in good condition. Ensure the tasks that are being performed meet quality and productivity standards. Adhere to safe work practices and ensure that product quality is maintained. Complete other duties as assigned. Qualifications, Attributes & Characteristics Must have excellent time management skills and the ability to meet goals and deadlines. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Good interpersonal skills are required. Certification is preferred at the time of hire. Basic knowledge and understanding of computers required.
