Associate Assembler Pay rate/range: Starting at $18/hour for 1st shift (Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm); $19.34 for 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday 4pm-2:30am) Total hours per week: 40 hours/ week; contract to hire opportunityJob Description:

- Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
- Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
- Follow safety, quality, and documentation procedures
- Use hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
- No manufacturing experience required—entry level
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
- Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with small components
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance
