Job Title:
Associate Assembler Pay rate/range: Starting at $18/hour for 1st shift (Monday through Thursday 5:30am-4pm); $19.34 for 2nd shift (Monday through Thursday 4pm-2:30am) Total hours per week: 40 hours/ week; contract to hire opportunity

  • Assemble small medical device components and catheters following detailed instructions
  • Perform visual inspections to ensure products meet quality standards
  • Work in a cleanroom manufacturing environment
  • Follow safety, quality, and documentation procedures
  • Use hand tools, microscopes, and precision equipment as needed.
Qualifications:
  • No manufacturing experience required—entry level
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Comfortable performing repetitive tasks with small components
  • Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Reliable transportation and strong attendance
