ACMR Assembler Shift/Hours/Days:

2nd shift, 3:30pm-12am Monday-Saturday Client Profile The client is best known for manufacturing high-quality aluminum electrolytic capacitors used in a wide variety of electronic and industrial applications. The company is one of the few U.S.-based manufacturers specializing in these components and has built a reputation for producing reliable, American-made capacitors for more than 30 years Key Responsibilities Assemble capacitor components and subassemblies according to work instructions and production schedules. Operate hand tools, small power tools, and assembly equipment safely and effectively. Inspect parts and finished products to ensure compliance with quality standards. Perform visual inspections and basic testing procedures as required. Read and follow blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing instructions. Identify and report defective materials, equipment issues, or production concerns. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Package completed products for shipment or transfer to the next production stage. Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations. Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production goals. Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines. Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. What You'll Bring Able to work as part of a team and without direct supervision Able to produce products to defined specifications. Able to work under production deadlines. Must have excellent hand and eye coordination. Must be able to read tape measures and use measurement gauges. Must have a keen sense of detail.
