Key Responsibilities Assemble machines and products using small hand tools and power tools Perform sub-assembly operations, including the use of drill presses, hydraulic presses, and similar equipment Read and interpret blueprints and printed assembly instructions Assemble purchased parts, electrical wiring, and circuits Conduct testing and inspection of finished products and accurately record results Complete additional duties as assigned by the production supervisor, including setup-related tasks Perks for the

You:

High school diploma or equivalent Ability to read blueprints and follow written instructions Experience using measuring instruments Ability to maintain basic production records and reports Prior manufacturing or assembly experience is highly preferred Stand and/or walk for up to 8 hours per shift Frequently lift 10-35 pounds Support That Has Your Back "The staff really wants you to help with any barriers that they can so that you can work as comfortably as possible… any stress that I experience, the staff at Staffmark are willing to help."
