You power up the SMT equipment, load reels, dial in programs, and watch the first boards of the evening roll out precisely populated—components set to do important work in schools, hospitals, and communities. That's a typical start to second shift on our PCB assembly team at Valcom. A Day in This Role From 4:00 pm until 2:30 am, Monday through Thursday, you'll run the automated machinery that builds the circuit boards at the core of every Valcom product.
