What You'll Do Assemble products and components using hand and power tools Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions Perform mechanical assembly, installation, and fabrication tasks Measure, cut, fit, and align materials to specifications Inspect finished work to ensure quality and accuracy standards are met Support daily manufacturing and production operations Collaborate with team members to achieve production and safety goals Assist with general shop duties and continuous improvement efforts What We're Looking For Experience in construction, manufacturing, assembly, carpentry, electrical work, plumbing, maintenance, or another hands-on trade Confidence using hand tools, power tools, and measuring equipment Ability to read a tape measure and follow blueprints, diagrams, or work instructions Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-focused environment Willingness to learn and grow within the company Preferred Qualifications Mechanical assembly experience Industrial or manufacturing experience Experience reading blueprints and technical drawings Forklift, crane, or material handling experience (if applicable) Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Why Join Us? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $21.50/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
