JOB DESCRIPTION
(includes but is not limited to) This role focuses on precise manual assembly of components in a manufacturing environment, emphasizing accuracy, quality control, safety, efficiency, and teamwork.

Monday
  • Thursday, 7:00am
  • 4:15pm & Friday 7:00am
  • 12:00pm (Overtime Available)

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare for assembly by studying instructions, parts lists, and gathering required parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials. Position parts and subassemblies using templates or measurements, then assemble components by checking connections for proper fit and securely fastening them to approved specifications. Use hand tools (e.g., screwdriver, pliers, clamps) and machines (e.g., oven, camera, monitor, pneumatic/hydraulic presses) effectively. Identify quality deficiencies in products and components and promptly notify supervisors of any assembly issues to avoid delays, inefficiencies, or poor-quality output. Perform preventive maintenance on equipment, troubleshoot malfunctions, follow manufacturer instructions, and call for repairs as needed to keep machinery operational. Maintain accurate documentation by completing production and quality forms. Monitor and maintain supplies inventory by checking stock levels and anticipating needs.

Conserve resources and minimize waste by using only the equipment and supplies specifically required for each task. Maintain a clean, safe working environment by strictly following all safety procedures, rules, and regulations. Contribute to overall team and department goals by completing assigned tasks safely, accurately, and on time while supporting related results as needed. This position is ideal for detail-oriented individuals who take pride in hands-on assembly work, quality craftsmanship, and efficient production processes.
REQUIREMENTS
