1 st shift- 7:00AM to 3:30PM 2 nd shift
- 3:00PM to 11:00PM 3 rd shift
- 11:00PM to 7:30

$19.54 to $21.00/HR Job Summary:
The Finisher is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing parts and products using a variety of tools and equipment. This role supports production goals by ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Flexibility, teamwork, and attention to detail are essential.Key Responsibilities:
Operate assembly equipment, hand tools, and machinery. Assemble, handle, and inspect products and components. Perform quality checks and follow ISO and company procedures. Prepare and package parts for shipping or material handling. Read and follow work instructions, safety rules, and complete required paperwork. Rotate into different work areas as needed. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment. Support and cooperate with team members and supervisors. Maintain good attendance and adapt to changing job needs. Train others on skills and processes when required. Follow all company policies and perform other duties as assigned.Skills & Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus. Basic math and reading skills. Ability to follow instructions, work safely, and meet production goals. Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well in a team.Physical Requirements:
Regular lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally up to 45 lbs with help). Frequent standing, walking, grasping, and reaching. Occasional bending, twisting, squatting, and vibration exposure. Must have good close vision and depth perception.Pay Details:
