General Assembler - $21.50/hr
Schedule:
Monday-Thursday:
6:00am-3:30pm
Friday:
6:00am-2:30pm
Saturday OT:
6:00am-12:00pm (as offered) Position Overview We're seeking a dependable Assembly Technician with prior manufacturing experience to support the production of stainless-steel convection ovens. This role involves assembling components, using hand and power tools, and working across multiple departments to ensure high-quality finished products. Key Responsibilities Assemble oven components including bottom sheets, insulation boards, liners, sides, tops, and backs using pre-assembled frames Select and prepare required parts for each order Fasten parts using pneumatic and manual tools, jigs, and fixtures Install doors, racks, trim accessories, and other final finishes Install assembled components into ovens Support additional areas such as insulating, welding, final assembly, blending, and crating Read and interpret oven orders to determine correct parts and build requirements Qualifications & Essential Skills Past manufacturing experience is required Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently Able to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, sit, and stand repeatedly throughout the shift Basic shop measurement knowledge Comfortable using hand/power tools and measuring instruments (voltmeters, calipers, etc.) Strong commitment to maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment
