Flexaseal Engineered Seals and Systems, LLC, is a worldwide systems and mechanical seal manufacturer with facilities in Vermont, Washington, New York, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Texas and Brazil. After 40 years, Flexaseal is continuing to grow with sales agents and distributors servicing over 50 countries. We are currently seeking an Assembly Technician to join our team in Williston, VT with relocation! As an Assembly Technician you would be responsible for assembling a variety of mechanical seals based on complex engineering prints, as well as, polish, box, and label assembled seals. The assembly team works closely with the scheduling, engineering and other production teams.

Responsibilities:

Assemble mechanical seals using complex engineering prints Box and label assembled seals Manage and maintain workload, including engineering prints and inventory system when necessary Maintain inventory and job box labeling system Perform other Assembly duties as assigned

Qualifications:

Experience in Assembly is preferred Experience working in a production type of environment A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment Ability to multitask and prioritize Strong organizational skills Ability to perform moderate lifting of materials (around 25 lbs.), sit, stand, climb and bend on a regular basis When applying, please include a brief cover letter with your application.
