Shift:

6:00am-3:30pm (Mon-Thurs) and 6:00am-2:30pm every other

Contract-to-Hire We are seeking an experienced Aerospace Assembler with strong complex wire harness and hand soldering skills. This role supports the assembly, modification, and testing of intricate electronic assemblies in an aerospace environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble complex wire harnesses, cables, and electronic assemblies Perform precision hand soldering and rework Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints Build initial layouts and perform continuity checks Strip, tin, bend, terminate, and install wiring and components Modify, rework, and test assemblies as needed Support and train lower-level assemblers Follow all safety, quality, and productivity standards

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience with complex wire harness assembly Strong hand soldering and de-soldering skills Ability to interpret schematics and assembly drawings Experience using hand tools, power tools, and microscopes High attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Everett, WA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
