Job Description
Job Description Assembles cascades aircraft parts for the Cascade Program. This specific type of assembly is performed in a clean room with raw carbon materials. Job Requirements Adheres to company and customer specifications, work instructions, and work orders. Documents how many Plies of backing are removed from raw materials, How long and at what PSI raw materials are compacted at, properly records mandrel cure cycles, Records what LM and LM units are used for each cascade build, records when and at what temperature frekote (mold release) was applied to LM surface, properly records all raw materials used in the build, and properly records EUR of all raw materials. Finalizes the layup build of the Cascade by: Organizing mandrels into rows in sequential order per XRMY 13-530 and

Ensures strong backs are at correct height per XRMY 13-530 andMSC636-1
Performs raw material layup on the surface of strong backs and tool surface per XRMY 13-530 andMSC636-1

Safely handles various regulated materials used in the process.General Notes:
Must carefully handle raw material and manufactured parts to ensure the integrity and quality is not compromised by handling.
