This role involves the high-precision assembly of life-saving medical technology while maintaining strict quality standards.
COMPENSATION
Pay Rate:
$23.85 per hour
SCHEDULE
  • Schedule:
    Monday
  • Thursday, 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (40 hours/week)
Overtime:
Friday shifts may be required based on business needs
LOCATION
  • Redmond, WA Responsibilities:
  • Meticulously assemble medical devices across multiple product lines to meet production goals
  • Adhere to Quality System Policies and maintain accurate, detailed production records
  • Lean Manufacturing principles to improve metrics and report material shortages
  • Cross-train on various product lines and assist in mentoring new team members
  • Follow supervisor instructions on scheduling and participate in Kanban Management
  • Maintain a safe work environment by following all established safety guidelines Working hours: 5:00 AM
  • 3:30 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
  • Familiarity with GDP, GMP, and Lean Manufacturing principles ...
  • Experience using manufacturing equipment such as microscopes, soldering irons, and calipers
  • Basic proficiency in MS Windows and standard PC applications
Education:
High School Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of medical device or ISO-certified assembly experience
  • High school diploma or 2-3 years of relevant ISO-certified assembly experience
  • Strong fine motor skills, manual dexterity, and eye coordination for small part assembly
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and stamina
  • Capacity to work in a cleanroom environment and follow strict protocols
