Social Media Manager (Content Creator Filming, Editing & Posting)

We're looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager who can capture our story, showcase our work, and help us grow our online presence. Position Overview This is a hands-on role for someone who can film, edit, and post content consistently across social platforms . You'll be responsible for bringing our brand to life through engaging video content and managing day-to-day social media activity. Key Responsibilities Film day-to-day operations, job sites, team content, and customer interactions Edit short-form and long-form videos (Reels, TikToks, YouTube, etc.) Create and manage content calendars Post consistently across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube) Write captions, hashtags, and optimize posts for engagement Monitor comments/messages and engage with followers Track performance and adjust strategy based on analytics Collaborate with leadership on marketing ideas and campaigns Qualifications Proven experience in social media management and content creation Strong video filming and editing skills (iPhone or camera + editing software) Experience with tools like Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Final Cut, or similar Understanding of current social media trends and algorithms Ability to work independently and bring creative ideas to the table Strong communication and organizational skills Bonus Skills (Not Required) Experience in home services, moving, or construction industries Paid ads experience (Meta, TikTok, etc.) Basic graphic design skills What We're Looking For Someone proactive who doesn't wait to be told what to film A storyteller who can capture real, authentic moments Consistency and reliability in posting and execution A mindset focused on growth and results
