• Responsibilities
• + Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies + Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools + Follow work instructions and quality standards + Rotate between assembly and production workstations + Read measurements and complete basic production documentation + Inspect products and identify quality concerns + Maintain a safe and organized work area + Support production goals and team objectives •Qualifications•

Required:

• + Strong work ethic and reliable attendance + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly + Willingness to learn and develop new skills
• Preferred:
• + Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience + Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or power tools + Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment
