- Pay:
- $25.13/hr + Overtime (1.5x Pay)
- Schedule:
- Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Overtime Available on Fridays

- for a growing production team in Redmond, WA. - Responsibilities
- + Assemble products, components, and sub-assemblies + Use hand tools, power tools, and pneumatic tools + Follow work instructions and quality standards + Rotate between assembly and production workstations + Read measurements and complete basic production documentation + Inspect products and identify quality concerns + Maintain a safe and organized work area + Support production goals and team objectives •Qualifications•
Required:
- + Strong work ethic and reliable attendance + Ability to follow written and verbal instructions + Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment + Ability to stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs regularly + Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Preferred:
- + Assembly, manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience + Experience using hand tools, pneumatic tools, or power tools + Mechanical aptitude or experience working with equipment

- Work Environment
- Manufacturing and warehouse environment with active production operations. Employees are required to wear PPE, including safety glasses, hearing protection, and steel-toe boots. This role involves standing, walking, lifting, and performing hands-on assembly work throughout the shift.
