$19.50-22.50/hr (Day shift) Job Description The role involves preparing metal door and frame surfaces for coating, fitting metal glazing beads to each frame, and performing final surface preparation tasks. Responsibilities Prepare metal door and frame surfaces for coating. Fit metal glazing beads to each frame. Conduct final surface preparation. Step in and take on more tasks when primary tasks are completed. Essential Skills Ability to stand for 8-10 hours depending on shift. Proficient use of hand tools and power tools. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred experience in grinding, deburring, or paint preparation. Mechanically inclined. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in a production or manufacturing environment. General labor skills including grinding and sanding. Why Work Here?
