  Cleanroom Production Operator
• Job Description
• The Cleanroom Production Operator assembles circuit boards and related sub-assemblies used across multiple industries in a clean, climate-controlled production environment. This role uses hand tools, production machinery, and basic computer programs to follow step-by-step instructions, complete assemblies, and perform quality checks to ensure products meet established standards.
• Responsibilities
• + Assemble circuit boards and sub-assemblies using hand tools such as screwdrivers, torque drivers, and wrenches.

+ Operate production machinery. + Follow detailed, step-by-step work instructions accessed through multiple computer programs for each assembly. + Log into and navigate multiple computer systems simultaneously to retrieve and follow the correct assembly procedures. + Perform visual and basic functional quality checks on completed work before moving products to the next step in the process. + Handle general production tasks such as picking and packaging components or finished products as needed. + Maintain a clean and organized work area in accordance with cleanroom and safety standards. + Collaborate with leads, supervisors, and team members to resolve issues and ensure smooth production flow. + Follow all safety guidelines, work instructions, and quality standards consistently throughout the shift.

• Helpful Skills
• + Any amount of picking and packaging experience, which can be helpful in this role.

+ Experience in customer service, as individuals from customer service roles tend to perform well in this position. + General production experience, including basic assembly, soldering, picking, packaging, and related tasks. + Comfort working with hand tools and performing repetitive tasks with consistent quality. + Willingness to receive patient, hands-on training and apply feedback to improve performance.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.30/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
