Position Overview As a Pallet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling pallets using a nail gun while learning the fundamentals of pallet construction and wood materials ("Pallet 101"). This role offers a clear path for advancement—high-performing employees may have the opportunity to transfer into machine operation roles in other departments over time. Responsibilities Assemble pallets using hand tools and nail guns Learn and apply basic knowledge of wood types and pallet construction Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Meet productivity and quality standards Qualifications No prior experience required - we will train the right candidate Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and consistent work history Compensation & Benefits

Pay:
