This position involves fabricating conveyor belts and related components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, works well with others, and is eager to learn new skills. Responsibilities Measure, cut, and square materials accurately Operate a heat press to bond belt materials Follow work orders and fabrication instructions Maintain quality and safety standards Work collaboratively with team members Required Qualifications Valid driver's license Ability to accurately read a tape measure Strong teamwork and communication skills Willingness to work overtime when required Ability to learn, retain, and apply new knowledge Willingness to take on new responsibilities Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Ability to read blueprints or work order instructions Prior fabrication or manufacturing experience Why Join Us On-the-job training provided Stable work environment with growth opportunities Overtime opportunities available Supportive team culture
