What You'll Do:
Assemble, braze and process refrigeration systems for all refrigerated display cases Perform leak test, evacuate, charge and test refrigeration systems Perform Di-electric with stand tests and all other performance tests to ensure refrigerated display cases operate as designed Bends copper tubing using tools to fit appropriate coils; solders pieces together; places "charge" on coil to test for leakage Occasionally changes the tank of dry nitrogen Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring:
High School Diploma and at least 18 years of age Ability to pass required EPA certifications (training provided) Previous brazing, soldering, or welding experience preferred (will train on job) Knowledge of basic electrical wiring preferred Ability to interpret blueprints or bills of material preferred Ability to be cross trained in other areas
Physical Requirements:
Ability to use tools (e.g.: drill) Work on ladder(s) Solo lift up to 49 pounds regularly Team lift 50-100 pounds frequently Team lift more than 100 pounds occasionally Ability to stand for extended periods of time Wear PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) while performing tasks Equal Opportunity Employer.
