4:30pm-3:00am Join a dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembler on second shift, where you'll contribute to the efficient assembly of trailer components. This role offers the opportunity to develop hands-on skills in a fast-paced environment with a focus on safety and quality. This is a 2nd shift position located in Brodhead, WI. Assembler Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate various hand and power tools including drills, rivet guns, impact wrenches, grinders, and tape measures to assemble trailer parts.
• Prepare and clean metal surfaces using solvents and other specified methods.
• Caulk seams and joints on trailer components to ensure quality seals.
• Drill through aluminum, steel, and wood materials as needed according to blueprints.
• Assemble sub-assemblies such as hoses, axles, wiring harnesses, and doors.
• Position and fasten parts using bolts, screws, rivets, or other fasteners.
• Measure and mark layouts based on blueprints for precise assembly.
• Operate overhead cranes, hoists, and forklifts after proper training.
• Follow GMPs and safety protocols consistently throughout shift.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency.

Assembler Requirements:

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently with team assistance.
• Ability to stand, walk, twist, turn, push, and pull for the duration of the shift.
• Good hand/eye coordination and finger dexterity.
• Basic math skills and the ability to read, write, and comprehend instructions in English.
• Willingness to work on second shift, totaling 40 hours per week.
• Prior experience is not required; training will be provided.
