Job Description
Assembler - 2nd Shift Earn up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. 2nd Shift employees receive an additional 2nd Shift Premium. We operate in a clean, modern, state-of-the-art facility producing components for U.S. military vehicles , supporting the American warfighter. We're growing and looking for dependable, hard-working team members to join our Assembly Department. What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience 2nd Shift Premium Stable, year-round employment Clean, modern manufacturing facility Opportunities for advancement Overtime available 401(k) with Company Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Time Off What You'll Do Perform hands-on assembly of manufactured products Gather and organize tools, hardware, and materials Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Read and follow job travelers, work orders, and assembly instructions Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Work with team members to meet production goals What We're Looking For Manufacturing or mechanical assembly experience preferred Mechanical aptitude and the ability to use hand and power tools Ability to read and follow job travelers or work orders Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment Forklift or heavy equipment experience is a plus Excellent attendance and reliability We are willing to train motivated, dependable individuals with a strong work ethic and desire to learn. Schedule Full-time 2nd Shift 8-hour shifts Overtime available Pay Up to $25.00 per hour, based on experience. 2nd Shift employees receive an additional 2nd Shift Premium.
