Badger State Staffing is seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembly Technician to join a thriving manufacturer based in Fond du Lac. What You'll Do Build butting-edge electro-mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, and precision techniques Translate technical schematics and custom engineering drawings into fully functioning builds Perform quality control, wiring checks, and mechanical testing on completed units to ensure high-performance standards Work closely with senior technicians and fabricators to master trade skills in a safe, supportive shop environment Gain multi-department experience by supporting powder coating and shipping/receiving teams based on daily shop priorities Perks & Compensation Enjoy early Friday departures at 12 PM each week Avoid mandatory Saturday and Sunday shifts, providing you with a predictable work-life balance Build long-term wealth early with company-matched retirement contributions Receive merit-based wage increases as your technical expertise expands, alongside company profit-sharing bonuses Access to a comprehensive benefits package What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED equivalent Strong interest in hands-on work, mechanics, electronics, robotics, or custom fabrication High attention to detail, strong safety awareness, and eagerness to learn from industry experts Ability to work effectively in a team environment Ability to lift up to 50 lbs., stand for extended periods, and thrive in a fast-paced shop environment
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 - 46.0 per week
