You'll operate assembly equipment, verify product quality, and follow clear work instructions to keep production running smoothly on 2nd shift. What You'll Do Assemble quick‑release couplings using standard work instructions. Operate assembly equipment and machinery safely and efficiently. Package finished products with accurate labeling and documentation. Inspect and test parts to ensure proper function and quality. Identify and report defects or inconsistencies immediately. Perform bench‑level assembly tasks using hand tools and basic machines. Support a clean, organized, and safety‑focused production environment. What You Bring High school diploma or equivalent Strong manual dexterity and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Comfort in a fast‑paced production environment Basic experience with assembly tools and packaging equipment Clear verbal and written communication skills Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Grantsburg, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
