Job Description

Our client, a local leader in design and manufacturer of control systems for utility vehicles. Our client is seeking an Assembly Technician to join their team. As an Assembly Tech, you will be part of the Production Engineering Team supporting Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in inspecting PC Board assemblies, interpreting schematics and blueprints and conducting rework as required. This position is focused on candidates local to the Milwaukee metro area and will not support candidates with visa requirements. This is a contract status role and candidates with knowledge of IPC standards will be given careful consideration.

  • $35/hr plus OT, benefits Key Responsibilities Strong experience performing hand soldering and PCB rework of PCBAs Board-level electronics assembly Troubleshooting circuits Harnessing assemblies Experience with automated test equipment a plus Requirements Hand soldering & rework experience for PCBAs.
IPC standards and certifications highly preferred Ability to read technical documentation.
