IQ Resource Group is hiring for Assembly/Fabrication positions for a manufacturing company in Kaukauna, WI . This is a hands-on position working with hoses, belts, clamps, and other industrial products. Assembly/Fabrication Pay:
$17.50•$19 an hour
Shift:
1st Shift, 6:30 AM•3:00 PM (Monday•Friday)
Location:
Kaukauna, WI Position Summary:
The purpose of this position is to build and prepare industrial hose, belt, and related products to meet customer specifications and quality standards. You'll play an important role in turning raw materials and components into finished products that are ready for customers, using a variety of tools, equipment, and assembly techniques. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys mechanical work, takes pride in quality, and wants to be part of a team that keeps production moving.
Responsibilities:
Assemble hoses, belts, clamps, and other products based on customer specifications. Use hand tools and equipment such as crimpers, saws, slitters, and small presses. Follow blueprints, drawings, and written work instructions. Perform pressure testing and quality inspections as required. Complete daily machine and equipment inspections. Assemble large industrial hoses and clamp assemblies. Handle hoses that can weigh 30-50 lbs. and be up to 8 feet long. Perform repetitive turning, twisting, and hand/wrist movements while installing hose ends and clamps. Maintain a clean and safe work area while meeting production and quality standards.
Education/Experience Qualifications:
Previous industrial assembly, manufacturing, or mechanical experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to read basic drawings and follow detailed work instructions. Comfortable using basic shop equipment and hand tools. Ability to perform basic shop math.
