Mayville, WI Long-term contract opportunity with potential for permanent hire 2 positions available Overtime is required; temporary employees become eligible for overtime after successfully completing probation and converting to permanent employment, typically around day 61 Weekly Pay with direct deposit or pay card When you work through The Reserves Network, you are eligible to enroll in dental, vision and medical insurance as well as 401(k), direct deposit and the referral bonus program Job Description An established manufacturing company is seeking Assemblers to build mechanical and electrical products using manufactured and purchased components. In this role, you will read blueprints and work instructions, operate assembly equipment and power tools, and inspect completed work for quality. This position offers hands-on manufacturing experience and the opportunity to develop skills for advancement into higher-level assembly roles.

Responsibilities:

Read and interpret blueprints, routings, and work instructions to assemble products to required specifications Assemble manufactured and purchased parts into subassemblies or completed mechanical and electrical products Operate rivet machines, assembly presses, power tools, and other assembly equipment safely Perform first-piece and subsequent inspections to maintain product quality Maintain production, quality, and safety reports while keeping the work area clean and following machine-guarding requirements

Qualifications and Requirements:

Ability to assemble manufactured and purchased components into subassemblies or finished products Ability to read and follow work orders, blueprints, and written instructions and complete basic production reports Ability to safely operate assembly equipment, including rivet machines, assembly presses, and power tools Ability to frequently stand, bend, push, pull, and lift up to 30 pounds Sufficient visual acuity, with correction if needed, to read instructions, operate equipment, and inspect parts Sufficient manual dexterity to safely operate assembly equipment and tools Must successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug test Must be available for required overtime Required tools are provided at the worksite
