Job Description

Position:
AssemblyJob description/duties: Assemble products including standard, prototype, and experimental units from drawings or instructions. . Operate machines such as riveters, air ratchets, presses, and testers. . Set up jobs and perform fixture/process changeovers. . lnspect parts and assemblies for quality; perform first-piece and routine inspections. . Document production data, including part numbers, lot numbers, heat numbers, and inspection results. . Handle defective parts according to quality standards; complete scrap tags and report issues. . Support and train other assemblers across multiple production cells. . Prepare finished units for shipment. Demonstrate teamwork and professional conduct, taking ownership of problems and helping others when needed.
