  • Friday Essential Duties & Responsibilities Assemble mechanical components and finished products according to work instructions and engineering specifications.
Use hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to complete production tasks. Read and interpret blueprints, assembly drawings, and work orders to ensure proper product assembly. Inspect parts and completed assemblies to verify quality, fit, and compliance with specifications. Perform testing and functional checks on assembled products as required. Identify assembly defects or production issues and communicate them to supervisors or quality personnel. Maintain accurate production documentation and complete required paperwork. Assist with material handling, stocking components, and maintaining production flow. Follow standardized work procedures, safety policies, and quality requirements. Keep workstations clean, organized, and compliant with 5S and lean manufacturing practices. Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to read blueprints, assembly instructions, and work orders. Experience using hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a production team. Basic computer and documentation skills are a plus. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and work for extended periods. Frequently lift, carry, and move materials up to 50 pounds. Ability to bend, reach, twist, and perform repetitive hand and arm movements throughout the shift. Must be able to safely work around production equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
