Lakeside is currently seeking a skilled 1st Shift Assembler to join our dedicated team. This is a key role responsible for precision welding and assembly of stainless steel products that meet our high-quality standards and customer specifications.
POSITION HIGHLIGHTS
Schedule:
4-day workweek - Monday through Thursday, 10-hour shifts
Shift:
1st Shift 5:00 am - 3:30 pm
Overtime:
As needed, additional hours are available on

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Assemble basic parts to one another by tightening nuts, bolts, screws, by riveting or spot welding parts together Read parts lists, blueprints, and drawings to assemble products Operate the computer to enter work orders and print labels Inspect parts and products for quality standards Complete and maintain all required paperwork, records, documents, etc Follow and comply with all safety and work rules and regulations Maintain departmental housekeeping standards
QUALIFICATIONS
Requires a high school diploma/GED equivalent, plus 1-2 years related experience Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and comprehend blueprints. . Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Ability to stand up to 10 hours a day. Vision requirements include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. Exposure to Electro Magnetic Fields.
