Pay:

$18.00 - $19.00/hour (based on experience) Profit sharing bonuses annually up to $10k

Key Responsibilities:

Use of hand and power tools to assemble custom wooden crates Read and interpret tape measurements accurately Follow production guidelines and safety protocols Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications:

Must have reliable transportation Experience with power tools required Must be able to read and understand a tape measure Strong attention to detail and quality Punctuality and consistent attendance are essential
