This role involves assembling components, supporting inventory management, and ensuring smooth operations within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will possess mechanical aptitude, hands-on experience with assembly processes, and familiarity with warehouse and factory settings. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to high-quality production standards while supporting the efficient flow of materials and finished goods. Responsibilities Assemble parts and components accurately using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge in accordance with specifications and safety standards. Support inventory management by organizing, labeling, and maintaining stock levels within the warehouse or manufacturing floor. Operate forklifts safely to move materials and assist in loading or unloading shipments. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist with quality checks during assembly to ensure products meet required standards. Collaborate with team members on the assembly line to meet production targets. Support stock replenishment activities and document inventory movements accurately. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling equipment such as forklifts and power tools. Requirements Prior experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility is highly preferred. Demonstrated mechanical knowledge and ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and forklifts safely. Experience with warehouse operations or inventory support is advantageous. Familiarity with assembly line processes within a manufacturing environment. Ability to read technical drawings or work instructions is a plus. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and safety consciousness. Good communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
