Manufacturing / Light Industrial Job Summary Are you looking to grow your manufacturing career with a stable company that values quality, teamwork, and safety? We are seeking a Production Assembler I to join our team on 2nd shift. In this role, you will assemble products according to engineering specifications while maintaining high quality standards and meeting production goals. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and enjoys working in a hands-on manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities Assemble products using engineering documents, work instructions, and specifications Meet production goals while maintaining quality standards Operate computer systems to review production schedules and update job status Perform Go/No-Go testing according to established procedures Inspect parts and materials throughout the assembly process to ensure quality Assist in training and supporting team members as needed Perform material handling duties when required Help identify process improvements to increase productivity and quality Communicate effectively with engineering and production teams Complete and maintain required production documentation and records Participate in team meetings and continuous improvement initiatives Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures Maintain a clean and organized work environment Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Up to 2 years of manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Basic computer skills Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to work effectively in a team environment Strong problem-solving and communication skills Work Environment Industrial manufacturing setting PPE required according to facility safety requirements Fast-paced production environment Standing, walking, and performing repetitive assembly tasks throughout the shift Hiring Process Manager interview required prior to offer Temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term growth potential Why Apply? Pay Details:
