Job Description

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Assemblers 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Assemblers 2nd Shift, you will be part of the Production Department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong teamwork skills, and a commitment to quality, which will align successfully in the organization.

Shift:
2:30pm-11pm, Monday through Friday What's the Job? Read and adhere to blueprints, work instructions, and specifications to assemble parts accurately and efficiently Examine components and assemblies for correct fit and function Document actions by completing production and quality forms, including electronic records Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment following safety policies and procedures Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies and participating in problem-solving activities What's Needed? High School diploma or GED Basic data entry skills Previous assembly experience preferred but not required Ability to read and write in English related to standard documentation Basic mathematical skills and understanding of the metric system What's in it for me?
