  • Qualifications:
  • Experience:
  • A minimum of 5 years in mechanical machine building, or 2 years with a robust toolmaking background.
  • Skills:
  • Expert understanding of mechanical blueprints, fluid power systems (pneumatics/hydraulics), and mastery of precision tools and shop equipment.
  • Environment:
  • Work in a modern manufacturing space with dedicated stations using advanced 3D modeling for design reference.
  • Schedule:
  • Stable 1st shift (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday).
  • Travel:
  • Minimal travel (~5%) within Southeastern Wisconsin, ensuring you're home most nights.
  • Salary:
  • Base rate of $30.00 - $35.00 per hour with potential for $40.00 per hour for experienced builders, plus overtime.
  • Position Details:
  • Full-time, onsite role in a casual shop atmosphere; must live within a 45-minute drive of Pewaukee.
