Job Description

Precision Replacement Parts (PRP) is a well trusted supplier of extruded and molded parts for auto glass replacement, agriculture, and restoration. We're looking for a full-time Fabricator for our Weston, WI location. This position works Monday- Thursday, 5-3:00pm, overtime as needed. What you'll do: Locate and gather raw material, appropriate molds, packaging materials, etc Verify initial machine and job startup. Run initial measurements after job startup to confirm quality and conformity of part and make any necessary adjustments Load and unload moldings from the machines Perform some manual operations on certain parts Examine parts for defects and measure parts to ensure conformance with specifications Package and label parts from the takeoff station Use a computer to make labels with proper lot date Complete transfer paperwork and inspection sheets Assist with equipment maintenance Maintain a clean, organized work area Attend work regularly and predictably and uphold Company values in all work aspects What you'll need to have: High school diploma or equivalent preferred One year of manufacturing experience preferred Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. daily and 100 lbs. rarely Ability to multi-task, prioritize job duties and have a keen sense of attention to detail Ability to accurately take measurements PRP offers a competitive benefits and compensation package and has a friendly, clean, and safe work environment.
