Our assembly team is critical to our success as an organization as we produce high quality products that surpass customers' expectations. You will be a part of a team of Assemblers, Shippers, Receivers, Buyers, Tech Support Specialists, and Operations management with the collective goal of producing high quality products with a best-in-class lead-time exceeding our customer's highest expectations. Further, you will be a part of a team that has a track record of delivering double digit compound growth while supporting each other.
What you will do:
1. Assemble sub-assemblies and finished products from start to finish according to written and printed instructions, supporting high-quality production output and customer expectations. 2. Perform electro-mechanical assembly, small circuit board assembly, soldering, product checks, and production-line testing in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards 3. Identify and report product, equipment, or process issues 4. Support other assemblers and team members as needed to meet production schedules, quality expectations, and customer lead-time requirements 5. Follow all established safety standards, maintain a clean and organized work area, and perform other duties as assigned 6. Continuous education on the assembly across the product portfolio to elevate skills and cross-functional agility
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and speak English
- Detail-oriented and quality-driven approach to assembly work: Knowledge of assembly processes
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams within the organization
- Ability to effectively solve problems
- Ability to sit, stand, twist, bend, and lift up to 25 pounds We want someone who displays:
