Job Description

Adecco is seeking motivated Production Line Workers to join our team at Salm Partners in Denmark, WI. Key Responsibilities:
Conduct quality checks and remove damaged products from the conveyor line. Transport products throughout the manufacturing facility with precision. Assist in sanitizing products to meet health and safety standards. Perform various duties as assigned to support smooth production operations. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain cleanliness in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting with environmental conditions such as heat, cold, and moisture. Capable of standing for entire shifts, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy. Good hand-eye coordination and vision acuity, including close vision, color vision, and depth perception. Tolerance of working with sanitation chemicals. Willingness and ability to work overtime as needed.
Work Environment:
Temperature varies from 35°F to 100°F across different areas. Wet and slippery conditions are common. Loud noise levels typical of production settings. Required PPE includes frocks, hairnets, slip-resistant footwear, hearing protection, gloves, goggles, face shields, rain suits, and rubber boots as necessary. Why Join Adecco?   • 2:30 PM, Monday
  • Saturday, $15/hr. 2nd shift: 2:30 PM
  • 10:30 PM, Monday
  • Saturday, $16/hr. 3rd shift: 10:30 PM
  • 6:30 AM, Sunday
  • Friday, $17/hr.

Pay Details:
$15.00 to $17.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
