Machine Operator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to operate and set up brake presses, lasers, drilling machines, and punch presses. The ideal candidate will be proficient in reading blueprints, using precision measuring tools like micrometers and calipers. Experience operating overhead cranes is also necessary. Responsibilities Operate brake press, laser, drilling machine, and punch press. Set up and configure machinery independently. Read and interpret blueprints accurately. Utilize precision measuring tools, such as micrometers and calipers. Unload and load machinery efficiently. Operate overhead cranes safely and effectively. Why Work Here? Collaborate in pairs during the first shift, running Monday through Thursday, with voluntary overtime on Fridays. Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Watertown, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $62400.00/yr. Benefits/Insurance - sign up for what you need rather than having to sign up for everything 401k, 3% match (if you're contributing 100%) 2% (if you're contributing 50%)
