Our range of hydraulic cylinders includes welded hydraulic cylinders, telescopic hydraulic cylinders and large bore cylinders. Our diverse range of hydraulic cylinders ensures we get the best design, performance and value for our customers' application. Our hydraulic cylinders are used by clients across all kinds of industries, including machine manufacturing, civil engineering, construction equipment manufacturing, OEM manufacturing, defense and more.
I. SUMMARY
Set up, operate and record testing of all finished products/components. Assemble product as specified by drawings and work instructions.
II. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Read and interpret process sheets, blueprints, and sketches of parts to determine assembly and testing to be completed. Interpret work instructions. Identify, select and install proper tooling/fixtures for operations being performed. Intuitively understand capabilities of tooling and machinery. Understand applicable quality systems and perform necessary quality inspections. Document actions by completing production and quality logs, properly maintain assembly logs to ensure component and heat traceability. Maintains equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements; following manufacturer's instructions; troubleshooting malfunctions; calling for repairs. Maintains continuity among work shifts by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs. Maintains safe operations by adhering to all Innovative Hydraulics policies and procedures. Perform miscellaneous duties as needed due to workload or a critical need in another area. Help create and maintain a positive work environment for all coworkers.
III. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in manufacturing/assembly work preferred. Experience with hydraulic assembly/testing/or related training. Ability to read and understand blue prints required. Prior experience with precision inspection equipment including, but not limited to micrometers, calipers, height gauges, bore gauges, profilometers preferred.
