6:00am- 3:00pm (Monday
- Thursday), Flexible 4 Hours on Friday Bring precision to life as a Fabrication Technician, where your technical skill and attention to detail turn raw materials into high-quality components.
Fabricator Responsibilities:
- Safely operate various machines, such as machines, punch presses, laser cutters, and other fabrication equipment
- Accurately read technical drawings, blueprints, and work instructions to fabricate parts to exact specifications
- Perform inspections to verify dimensions and quality of fabricated parts, ensuring they meet company and industry standards
- Manage raw materials and ensure that they are prepared, organized, and stored correctly for fabrication processes
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and troubleshoot minor issues to avoid downtime
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures, using personal protective equipment (PPE) and reporting any hazards immediately
- Participate in lean manufacturing initiatives, including waste reduction and process optimization Requirements for
Fabricator:
- High school diploma or GED required; vocational training in manufacturing or machining preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment; experience with presses or laser equipment is a plus
- Familiarity with blueprint reading, machine operation, and basic troubleshooting skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods; must be comfortable working in a noisy, fast-paced environment
