Full-Time Job Overview We are currently hiring Production Associates for a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, working as part of a team, and contributing to the production of quality products. Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities Assemble products according to production specifications Operate basic manufacturing equipment and hand tools Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met Move, lift, and stack materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety procedures and policies Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred but not required Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift Ability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Must be able to pass pre-employment screening requirements What We Offer Competitive pay starting at $16.00-$20.00 per hour Weekly pay Overtime opportunities Shift differential available for eligible shifts Long-term employment opportunities Career growth and advancement potential Supportive team-oriented work environment
