Plant Manager, Recycling / Manufacturing Operations Manager Join our client in leading a high-impact recycling operation where safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement drive success. This is an opportunity to shape plant performance, lead a talented team, and influence the future of a growing manufacturing operation while delivering measurable business results.

Compensation:

$150,000 - $180,000 annually Annual bonus opportunity (20% STIP)

What You'll Be Doing:

Lead day-to-day recycling plant operations with a strong safety focus Drive production, quality, and on-time delivery performance Manage budgets, forecasting, cost control, and capital projects Partner with engineering, quality, and supply chain to improve operations Lead continuous improvement and Lean manufacturing initiatives Develop production capacity and workforce planning Present operational performance to senior leadership What You'll Need to be

Considered:

Be able to do the job as described. Bachelor's degree Executive-level leadership experience Lean manufacturing expertise Strong financial planning and budgeting knowledge Experience integrating complex manufacturing processes Recycling or auto shredding operations experience is highly preferred
