The TRG Growth Practice is excited to be partnering with a manufacturing client to identify a Plant Manager for a key operation in the Montgomery area. This is an outstanding opportunity to join a growing organization in a highly visible leadership role focused on driving performance, leading teams, and advancing operational excellence across a critical value stream. This role is ideal for a hands-on manufacturing leader who thrives at the intersection of lean leadership, people development, and process improvement . You'll have the opportunity to own plant performance, optimize flow, improve safety and quality, and lead initiatives that support both day-to-day execution and long-term business growth.
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor's degree required; Engineering or related technical discipline preferred Experience in manufacturing leadership in operations, production, or value stream management Strong background in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and operational excellence tools Proven success leading teams, driving KPIs, and improving productivity, quality, and delivery performance Experience leading change in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Track record of developing people and building high-performing teams If you're looking to take the next step in your career with an organization that values leadership, growth, and innovation, let's connect.
