Job Description

Bolzoni Group has an outstanding opportunity for an exceptional and talented Value Stream Manager at our facility located in Sulligent, AL . Our commitment to always provide the most suitable product and handling solutions for our customers over the years has resulted in close cooperation with all the main fork lift truck manufacturers. Bolzoni Group supplies a wide range of products including integral and hook-on side shifters, fork positioners, paper roll clamps, bale clamps, carton clamps, push pulls, multi-pallet handlers, rotators and forks. The Value Stream Manager develops and coaches Area Coaches and associates, oversees daily operations, and strategically plans to achieve short- and long-term business objectives while ensuring customer commitments are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop Area Coaches and value stream associates through coaching, performance management, and talent development Drive execution and sustainability of company principles across the value stream Manage value stream performance through metrics, resource planning, and production execution Lead continuous improvement and problem-solving initiatives to improve safety, quality, productivity, inventory, lead times, and cost performance Partner with EH&S, Quality, Human Resources, and other functional teams to achieve operational objectives Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Lead safety walks and root cause analysis efforts to address operational challenges Manage value stream budgets and resources to achieve financial and operational targets Utilize data, digital tools, and AI technologies to support decision-making, improve processes, and enhance operational performance Foster a culture focused on employee engagement, accountability, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree is required; Masters is preferred 7+ years of experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Product Development and/or Business Management Experience in forklift, automotive, heavy equipment, or similar manufacturing environments Proven experience with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement principles Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Working knowledge of AI tools and technology, with the ability to leverage them to improve productivity, decision-making, and operational performance.
