Position Summary We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee automation and manufacturing projects from kickoff through customer acceptance. This role requires strong leadership, organization, customer communication, and coordination between engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, and vendors. Responsibilities Manage multiple projects simultaneously. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestones. Coordinate engineering, manufacturing, purchasing, and quality teams. Lead customer meetings and provide project updates. Track procurement, fabrication, assembly, testing, and delivery. Manage project documentation, change orders, and action items. Identify and mitigate project risks. Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to customer expectations. Qualifications 3+ years of Project Management experience in industrial automation, robotics, machine building, manufacturing, or systems integration. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, CNC machining, fabrication, assembly, and industrial controls. Ability to read mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and BOMs. Experience managing schedules, budgets, vendors, and customer communications. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software. Valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally. Preferred Experience with FANUC or Universal Robots. Knowledge of PLC systems (Allen-Bradley, Siemens, Mitsubishi). Experience with ERP/MRP systems. PMP Certification is a plus.
