Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced bilingual Spanish/ English speaking Retread Plant Manager to lead and oversee all operations within our retread manufacturing facility. This pivotal role involves managing production processes, ensuring quality standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and output. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a solid understanding of manufacturing systems, and a passion for operational excellence. As the Retread Plant Manager, you will be instrumental in fostering a safety-first environment while maintaining high productivity levels and aligning operations with company goals. Responsibilities Lead and coordinate all plant operations, including production, quality control, maintenance, and supply chain activities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives utilizing lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and reduce waste. Manage production scheduling, inventory control, and supply chain analytics to ensure timely delivery of products. Oversee plant safety protocols, ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize manufacturing processes and implement process improvements. Collaborate timely tire pick ups and deliveries to our customers. Qualifications Proven experience minimum of 2 years in the Commercial tire / retreading business.
