Key Responsibilities Operations & Output:

Oversee daily processing and packaging lines to consistently hit yield, throughput, and OEE targets.

Safety & Compliance:

Team Leadership:

Manage, train, and mentor line supervisors and production personnel, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Process Optimization:

Implement Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma practices to eliminate waste, minimize downtime, and reduce operational costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with QA, Maintenance, Supply Chain, and Sanitation teams to ensure seamless shift handoffs and rapid equipment turnaround.

Qualifications Experience:

 8-10 years of production management experience specifically within a food or beverage manufacturing environment.

Regulatory Expertise:

Deep working knowledge of HACCP, GMPs, FSMA, and GFSI-benchmarked standards (SQF, BRC, or

FSSC 22000

).

Leadership:

Technical Skills:
