Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical discipline 10+ years of progressive quality leadership experience within a regulated manufacturing environment
Preferred Requirements:
MBA degree ASQ certifications (CMQ/OE, CQE) or Lead Auditor certification Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt The successful Director of Quality will provide strategic and operational leadership for the organization's Quality Management System while driving a culture where quality is embedded throughout every stage of manufacturing. This executive will partner closely with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Production leadership to improve process capability, reduce variation, strengthen compliance, and deliver exceptional customer performance.
Responsibilities:
Lead the organization's quality strategy by integrating quality principles into daily manufacturing operations and driving improvements in first-pass yield, scrap reduction, process capability, and customer satisfaction Oversee the Quality Management System, ensuring compliance with regulatory, industry, and customer requirements while maintaining audit readiness and effective quality processes Partner with Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain to improve manufacturing performance through structured problem solving, risk management, statistical analysis, and corrective action initiatives Serve as the executive quality leader for customer and supplier relationships, driving issue resolution, performance improvement, and long-term quality partnerships Develop and mentor Quality leaders while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, operational excellence, and continuous improvement throughout the organization CiresiMorek is a team of experienced industry professionals known for a hands-on, relationship-driven approach.
