Job Description
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Experiences:
- Client is looking for a program manager who doesn't mind getting into the weeds, someone who can "do what it takes" to get a job done, someone who doesn't mind covering the work of others to ensure a team succeeds, and someone with a optimistic attitude.
- Have great project management skills: we expect that you are able to keep track, prioritize, and close out multiple tasks.
- Have strong analytical abilities, and a focus on maintaining high levels of accuracy and adherence to protocols
- Are great at learning and using new software.
- Have great influence and people skills. The goal of the team is change management, so we will be working with a lot of teams who "have always done it this way". Your job is to convince the teams to do things the right way. In essence, we expect that you can work with different teams with different personalities to drive closure to issues without escalation.
- Have an intuitive sense of how complicated data-systems work and the "why" behind every input.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of database management systems
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in project/program management in Manufacturing and Supply Chain operations or a related role
- Experience in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI and MS Excel
- Proven experience managing complex projects in a large enterprise setting
Job Responsibilities:
Day-to-day tasks include, but are not limited to:- A CapEx Systems Onboarding Data Integrity Program Manager will work with internal and external teams to ensure the accuracy of data inputs.
- Effectively planning and communicate timelines, milestones, and activities
- Developing mutually beneficial working relationships with end users (vendors, cross-functional teams, etc.) by utilizing professional interpersonal skills
- Understanding application development needs, setting expectations, and monitoring the efficiency of internal and/or external users.
